<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran WatchZone dalam meningkatkan nilai penjualan di Shopee. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WatchZone menerapkan strategi komunikasi terstruktur mulai dari identifikasi target pasar, optimalisasi konten digital, live streaming, hingga kolaborasi dengan influencer dan affiliator. Strategi tersebut diperkuat dengan penerapan CRM seperti program membership, voucher khusus, dan chat broadcast untuk menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Sinergi antara AIDA dan CRM terbukti efektif meningkatkan nilai penjualan, meskipun dihadapkan pada kendala seperti perubahan algoritma Shopee, keterbatasan data pelanggan, dan sumber daya manusia.</note>
